Dr. Mandal has worked in ONGC for more than 34 years and his experience includes commissioning, modifications, safety, operations, artificial lifts, pressure maintenance, EOR and planning in offshore and onshore oilfields. He has also vast experience in marketing of upstream and downstream petroleum products. Dr. Mandal has published technical papers in Chemical Weekly and research papers in many international journals. He has visited more than 25 countries for attending training programs and for participating in international conferences as invited speaker or panelist. Dr. Mandal is a lifetime member of Indian Chemical Society and Indian Science Congress.

Ayat-Allah specializes in the modeling and optimization of energy systems under current and future climate conditions impacted by climate change scenarios. Her research has been presented at conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals, with citations from esteemed organizations such as the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the International Science Council, the Mediterranean Experts on Climate and Environmental Change (MedECC), and the Universidad Privada de Tacna (Faculty of Engineering, Research Unit, Tacna, Peru). Prof. Dr. Foo Keng Yuen is the UNESCO Co-Chair on Eco hydraulics for Sustainable Water Infrastructures for SDG 6 in Asia and the Pacific Region. His research interests are environmental engineering, waste utilization, water treatment technology, catalysis, food security and toxicology, and environmental health. He has involved in different kinds of university, national and international research grants, amounting to approximately RM 10 million. Dr. Shenggang Li is Professor of Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Adjunct Professor of Shanghai Tech University both located at Shanghai, China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree studying molecular spectroscopy and computational simulations from University of Kentucky (Lexington, Kentucky, USA) before working on computational chemistry for catalysis in Robert Ramsay Professor David A. Dixon’s group at The University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA) and then joining Shanghai Advanced Research Institute to work on computational catalysis for energy and chemical applications. He has published nearly 190 scientific papers including five book chapters. His work over the past decade has been sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Science and Technology of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, Shell Corporation, and Energy Technologies Institute. The focus of his recent researches is on the computer-aided design of heterogeneous catalysts for the chemical industry.
